The Crisis that Rocked a Country and a Company
Four years ago the Abu Ghraib scandal shocked the world and swept a government contractor, CACI International Inc., into the media’s crosshairs and on to the public stage. What ensued was a media frenzy rarely seen by any company in recent decades. Written by CACI’s CEO, Dr. J. Phillip London, Our Good Name details the allegations against CACI, the media’s distortion of CACI’s involvement, and the company’s successful fight to clear its name. Delving into controversial issues of government and media accountability, Dr. London reveals the untold story behind Abu Ghraib—the story that didn’t make national headlines.
"How refreshing to see a company that is helping to protect our men and women in uniform defend its good name and reputation against an agenda-driven press corps that was all too quick to rush to judgment. Jack London and his research team at CACI took the time to get the facts right and document the media bias and shoddy reporting that occurred during the Abu Ghraib scandal. This book sets the record straight concerning CACI's role at the now infamous prison."
